Breelby Property Care was started in March of 2020.

We are a company set on providing quality services and making a positive impact on the people of Iowa City and its surrounding communities. We are "people" people doing property care work.

Community

We want to participate in and help foster closer knit neighborhoods in the Iowa City area. This is done by focusing on elementary zones.

Compassion

Within those elementary zones we want to provide support for families and individuals in need.

  • 2.5% of all proceeds are donated back to the elementary community in which they are made.
  • For every 10 lawn customers in a given elementary zone we will provide mowing services for free to someone in that community who has need.
  • The same ratio is used for chimney cleaning. 10 paid customers: 1 free customer.
  • Snow Removal is the same: 10:1

Character

We desperately believe in the value of character. Even without Breelby we want to strive to be the best people we can be. Your belief in our character is vital to our business. If you can't trust us to care for you and your property, then Breelby is worth very little.
